We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from COO COO. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.

We will gladly replace or exchange your online purchase, other than items designated as "final sale," within 7 days of purchase as long as the items are in sale-able condition with all tags attached.

Size Exchange:

Once you receive your order if the garment doesn't fit your child you can exchange it for another size.

  1. Send us an email mentioning your order number and the Product Title of the garments you would like to return at wecare@coocoo.in. If you would like todo an Exchange, then let us know the Product Code and Size you would like to exchange the item for.
  2. You will receive a verification email from us confirming if your order is valid for exchange i.e. it falls within the exchange period of 7 days. In the case of an exchange we will confirm if the garment and size you require is available.
  3. On receipt of the confirmation email, please send us an email with the return garment tracking number and the replacement sizes (Product Title& Size) you want in exchange.
  4. Your exchange garments will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned garments.
  5. Follow the 'HOW TO RETURN THE GARMENT FOR EXCHANGE' instructions below for returning the garment.

Exchange Rules:

  1. Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days from the Bill date.
  2. The original tag needs to be intact with the garment.
  3. Please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit.
  4. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer.
  5. Company is liable for the exchange / refund in case of any manufacturing defect or incorrect garment being delivered. In such a case the return shipping charge will be reimbursed to the customer.
  6. Exchange amounts cannot be adjusted against any coupon codes.
  7. Differences in exchange amounts have to be pre-paid and will not be collected on delivery - In case the value of the returned garments is less than the value of the request exchange (size or style exchange), the difference needs to be pre-paid by the customer. We will send you an email with Bank account details for the deposit of the difference if applicable.
  8. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Coocoo.in has the right to deny exchange if the goods do not meet the exchange policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to return the garment for exchange:

Please make sure you have sent an email requesting the exchange / return along with your order no. Only on receipt of a Return Confirmation email should you send us back the garments. Pack and securely seal the merchandise along with the original tag attached to the garment & original invoice. Send pre-paid and insured to:

Coocoo.in will not accept responsibility for exchange or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please note it may some-times take up to 3-4 business days before your package may arrive at our facilities through the courier. We will email you a receipt confirming the return/exchange as soon as it is processed.
